Are Plaeto shoes eco-friendly?
Each pair of Plaeto generates 50% lower CO2than most athletic shoes. We are on a journey to achieve 100% recyclable shoes. Our packaging is made up of 100% recyclable materials.
Can I machine wash the shoes?
Yes, you can machine wash the shoes. Always air dry them.
Where are Plaetos made?
We are a proud Made-in-India brand. All our operations including the manufacturing happen in the country.
What payment methods do you accept?
All credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Netbanking are accepted. The COD option is available as well.
Do you offer a warranty?
All Plaeto shoes come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Your Plaetos come with a 30 day no questions asked returns/exchange provided the Merchandise is unused, undamaged, clean, with the original tag/label and packaging intact along with the proof of purchase
