Shoe care:

Use a damp cloth to wipe off dirt. For a deeper clean, hand wash with mild detergent. For a thorough clean, machine wash is recommended.

30-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. The 30-day window starts from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, shoes must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• Clean, with original tags and packaging intact
• Not purchased as part of a clearance sale

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at care@plaeto.in with your invoice number and order details or Call/WhatsApp at +91 9611484007. Our business hours are weekdays from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM and Saturdays from 10.00 AM to 1:00 PM.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the product.
• Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Final decisions rest with PlaeUp and will remain confidential.

REFUND MODE

1. For Pre-paid Orders:
   Refunds for orders placed using prepaid methods will be automatically credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
2. For COD Orders:
   Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. To facilitate this, a secure online link will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Through this link, you can provide your bank account details. Once you have submitted the necessary information, the refund process will be initiated to your designated bank account.
